2. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Romania
- Selected European Union countries
If your destination is not available at checkout, shipping to your location is currently not supported.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
- Romania: estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: estimated 3–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are not guaranteed and delays do not entitle the customer to automatic compensation.

6. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Where tracking is available, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier:
- Delivery times are managed by the courier.
- MONLEXA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or third parties.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
MONLEXA is not liable for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Additional shipping costs resulting from re-delivery or address correction may be charged to the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate with the courier.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
9. Force Majeure
MONLEXA shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or governmental actions.
