By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase products from MONLEXA.

Order cancellations or modifications after acceptance may not be possible. Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the address provided.

MONLEXA uses Shopify to host and operate the online store. However, all purchases are made directly between you and MONLEXA.
Shopify is not responsible for the sale, quality, delivery or legality of products sold through this store. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to transactions with MONLEXA.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
MONLEXA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
